Residential Cleaning Services

With residential cleaning services we normally work with a crew of 2-4 people. We clean and maintain Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Kitchens, Living areas, Laundry rooms and much more! If it’s a room in your house, odds are we can get it looking spick and span. We highly recommend regular servicing every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. We also offer one time cleaning services should that work best for you. If you think this might be what you’re looking for we encourage you to reach out!

Apartment/Home Move out Cleaning

With our clean out services we typically work in a crew of 3-5 people. We clean from top to bottom of the whole house/apartment. Cleaning every countertop, appliance, cabinet (inside and out), every floor and prepare the whole living area to be clean and ready for the next family. Light Commercial Cleaning

With our Light commercial cleaning service, we extend a helping hand to any business with office space that might be a little too much of a hassle to maintain. If you don’t feel like having your receptionist or sales rep cleaning the community bathroom when they have other more important things that they could be doing, then we recommend you give us a call and schedule an estimate!

What a standard service entails

Kitchen/Kitchenette

  • A standard clean includes wiping down outside of all appliances and inside of microwave, counter tops, cabinets, and the sink. Dust any other surfaces or items on the wall and clean glass door or any mirrors. Lastly a standard vacuum and mop to finish.

    • Take the trash out

    • Clean inside of fridge out (must be emptied)

    • Clean inside of cabinets

    WE DO NOT DO DISHES

Bathroom

  • A standard clean includes a full wipe down of the shower, stool, all cabinets, & all sinks. Dust any surfaces or items on the wall. Finally we finish with a thorough vacuum and we mop with a rag on hands and knees to ensure we pick up everything on the floors.

    • Changing out hand towels and toiletries

    • Empty the trash

    • Wipe inside of cabinets

    • Clean blinds and/or glass of window

    • Hard water buildup treatment

Bedroom

  • A standard clean in a bedroom consists of high and low dusting to knock down any cobwebs and clean surfaces from the top of the fan blades to the bottom shelf of the bookcase. Next we make sure to wipe down all mirrors. Last is a thorough vacuum followed by a mop should you have hardwood.

    • Make bed and change linens

    • Wipe down blinds

    • Clean glass windows (Inside only)

Living Room

  • A standard clean of a living area consists of high and low dusting to knock down any cobwebs and clean all surfaces from the top of the fan blades to the bottom shelf of the bookcase. Next we make sure to wipe down all mirrors and fluff up the pillows and straighten up any blankets on the couch. Last is a thorough vacuum followed by a mop should you have hardwood.

    • Cleaning blinds

    • Cleaning windows (Inside only)

    • Vacuum inside of couch

    • Moving furniture to clean

Specialty Room (Laundry, Gym, Etc.)

  • A standard clean will typically include dusting from top to bottom of the room, knocking down cob webs and lifting dust on any surfaces. Wiping down any mirrors, appliances, equipment, etc. Lastly we will always typically vacuum and mop the floors to finish.

    • Take out trash

    • Wipe down blinds

    • Clean windows (inside only)
